Why Do not DVD Recorders With Challenging Push Functionality Have Twin Electronic Tuners ?

Consumers often ask why it's that DVD recorders with difficult dr functionality tend not to have twin electronic tuners, a feature that would allow them to watch one particular electronic channel and record a different a single.
