WHAT IS FENDER STRATOCASTER?
The Fender Stratocaster is frequently referred to with the term "Strat", which is a model of an electric guitar proposed by Freddie Tavares, George Fullerton and Leo Fender in the year 1954, and was continuously manufactured by Fender Musical Instruments Corporation till date. It is a double cutaway guitar, containing a total top horn basically for the balance while standing up. Most of the leading guitarists have been using The Stratocaster and can also be heard during most of the historic recordings. All along with Gibson Les Paul, the Fender Telecaster and Gibson SG, it is one of the most enduring and common types of electric guitars all over the world.
FEATURES OF HIGHWAY 1 STRATOCASTER
It was at first made and upgraded in the month of July in 2006. This was originally made in the United States of America. The Fender Highway 1 Stratocaster has almost been totally renovated. Fender from all the customers since 2000 has received all the feedback and made this great players guitar, and it almost fits any budget of the customers. The latest 9.5 inch Radius maple neck, "C" shape and customer's choice of maple or rosewood fingerboard endows 22 frets and also the basic 25.5 inches Fender scale length. The novel outsized frets suppress the original ones. This also provides the easier playability. Due to the fact that the action changes additionally included by the oversized frets, also there is reduction in the distance between the strings to facilitate the strings to be bent easily without falling away from the side of the fret board. The new Stratocaster swanks a solid Satin Nitrocellulose Lacquer body finish and an Ash body. The classic Style coordinated Tremolo Bridge has been advanced from the classic zinc to steel, giving an opportunity to create a heavier bridge. The middle pickup has been upturned wound to provide a more silence hum canceling. Two Grease bucket tone controls are also used now along with one volume knob.
