Stage Stands

At the early stage of your life, you dreamt of a place you love to be in the nearest future. You setup a plan and target towards this dream. You get up from your sit and start walking towards the dream but the rough track and the wind keep defeating your effort. Several times you fall down, you stand up. At a certain stage you began contemplating on what to do. Whether to go back or front or to settle for the replica.

It is always too late to give up. Be focus and don't look back. To look back is like allowing your past blunders to hinder your future wonders. Try to set your eye on the goal not the going. In every endeavor in life keeping at it makes one better by the day. Persistency against all odds has been the solution to the problems of the human race.

The most dangerous place to be is in the middle of the road. If you are not careful, you may got hit up by a car. Rise up from your sleep. Nothing good in life comes easy. Jack Penn said," those people that say things cannot be done are usually interrupted by others doing it."

There is nothing that can stop you from achieving your dream. No matter how huge the obstacle his. You must be ready to contend with it. "persistency" is the keyword to overcome the greatest setback because if you persist, one day, some day, you will win.

Some years ago, Henry Ford decided to produced is now famous v-8 motor. The design was placed on paper but his engineers said it was impossible. Ford commanded," go ahead and stay on the job until you succeed no matter how much time is required. The engineers went ahead for a good year they were unable to come out with something tangible. So, they inform him it was "impossible". Ford said," go right ahead, I want it and I'll have it. They went ahead and sooner or later it was discovered.

Life is difficult. The earlier you accept this, the better your chances of overcoming the storms of life. You can't have a smooth ride to success. You must be prepared. You must be ready to achieve what you once saw in your dream. Always fight one more round because the man who fight one more round is never wiped. Martin Luther King jr said," the ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moment of comfort and convenience but where he stands at times of challenges and controversy."

WAITING FOR THE RAIN

With your eyes set on the road to future;

And so anxious to see the day it rains;

Night turning into day, day turning into dusk pure;

Seconds changing into minutes, minutes changing into hours strain;

You keep waiting and still dreaming, for one day the table will turn.

As the sun rises in the west and sets in the east;

You continue to strive hard ignoring the heat of the sun;

You taste sorrow because of your heart desire beat;

Sometimes you want to cry, but you have to smile on;

But a great dream without hard work is nothing more than a Nightmare.

In the middle of the battle when all hope is lost;

You got tired and you don't know which way to go;

You waited for sympathy, but none could be found or cost;

You waited for some person to comfort you but nobody came or had a go;

But there is something for you to begin that is destined for you to finish.

Here you are at the crossroad, the water has risen to your mouth;

All you need to do is to go down your knees and ask God for help;

Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it;

Unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain;

But when you pray for bread make sure you get a basket;

Pursuing a goal is not the same as hunting a cricket.

It is only the man with holding power that wins life battle;

Mountain climbing is not for the faint of heart;

Success is moving from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm;

Life battles don't go to the stronger or faster man;

But sooner or later the man who wins is the man who thinks he can!

Like to know what to do when the going get tough. Here it is;

• Be determined

• Don't look back, to look back is like letting you past blunders to hinder your future wonders.

• Set your eye on the goal not the going

• Learn from your failures

• Persist, for persistence against all odds is the key to success.
