Significance of Braided Copper Wires
Once the copper wires are drawn and annealed the braiding of copper wires is done. An important aspect is that the main point of only the identical wires are Braided together. Different forms of copper wires such as Bare Copper, Tin Plated and Silver Plated are braided together for making them useful for different electrical appliances. Braided wires are mostly used in the form of Flat tin wire, Shielding Cable, soldering, Wire Assembly, Control Panel, Switch Gear Box, MCV and CRT Earthing to name a few.
Flat tine wire has coating of tin; here all the wires of different sizes and specification are braided together. These wires is available in round as well as flat forms and are widely used in Cable, Computer Monitor, Television and the ETC signal pickup instruments. Flat tin wire is widely used for general electrical leads, flexible connections and grounding straps. The braided copper wires are available in both the tubular as well as rolled out according to the requirement of the clients. A copper wire in the bare form is widely used as stranded flexible copper wirethat is used as connectors. They are specially designed with the extra flexibility, easy handling as well as strength. They are flexible enough to be tied like a rope at the insulator and are totally kink-free. The Stranded Flexible Copper Wire is drawn from round copper wire or tinned round copper wire of fine quality. It passes through tenacity processing that makes it soft as well as beautiful.
The braided wire also need to pass through the special processing for making the joints flexible and grounding. Copper owing to its durability and good electrical conductivity forms long lasting wires. Formaking standard copper wire the braided copper wire is put through a conductor. The terminals of conductors are made up of copper pipes and have surface coating either of tin or silver. The copper braids can be manufactured from bare copper, silver plated copper, tinned copper, nickel plated copper, nickel wire and stainless steel to name a few. The size of a copper wire braids ranges from 1/32nd of an inch to width of 3 inches.
Some of the standard electrical applications of copper includes stranded flexible copper wire for the flexible joining, copper flexible connectors and other applications that are use for transmission of electricity to the machines such as electric stove, electric equipment to name a few.
