Metabolism Boosting Tips
A common problem amongst the corporate workforce these days is how to maintain a healthy active lifestyle with such demanding hours, role overload cutbacks and family. Many people use the excuse, "there is no time to workout!
"Well unfortunately there is no easy way to achieve a healthy body but to make time and to put in the work. So there is always time. You have to make the time and fit it into your schedule just as you do work, appointments etc. If you don't, not only do you suffer, but your family and friends suffer as well.

Your Metabolism BOOSTING LIST
- Train major muscles groups at least three or four times per week
- Quit yo-yo dieting. Lack of food makes your body think that it's starving, sending your metabolism into hibernation.
- Eat more high quality foods rich in vitamins and minerals, free from sugar and starch.
- Exchange simple carbohydrates for complex carbohydrates.
- Keep meals small, consuming 300-400 calories per meal.
- Eat at least 6 small meals a day.
- Eat protein and complex carbohydrates at every meal.
- Consume Essential Fatty Acids, especially flax-seed oil.
- Hydrate yourself with 2-3 liters of water daily.
- Supplement with a good quality multi-vitamin.
- Lift weights regularly, especially as you age.
- Eat spicy foods, cinnamon and turmeric.
- Drink your java black…or add unprocessed honey for sweetness if you need too!
- No more Soda.

Its Master volume control lets you use it as an overdrive/distortion with any output volume. Creator Zach Vex has a warning for those considering the Hand-Painted Super Duper 2-in-1 Boost: "I WARNED YOU TO BE CAREFUL. When using this pedal, start off slow, and monitor your amp for potential damage." This is no jokewith two Super Hard On circuits in one enclosure, this pedal is dangerously loud!Channel 1Channel 1 is a conventional Super Hard On, with a gain control on the far right and a yellow LED to let you know when it's engaged. If you're familiar with the SHO, you know that it's a very sparkly sounding, high input-impedance preamp with incredible headroom, wide-ranging gain (unity to 60X!), and a maximum volume that will knock out your fillings.
