When you plan and map out your trade show space, you always think about table and product displays, signage, electrical supply, and floor layout. But did you stop to consider the type of flooring you might use? Trade show venues traditionally have concrete floors, and merchants are left on their own to provide extra flooring if they want it. You can pay expensive rental fees, or you can go the sensible route by making a one-time investment in portable, reusable flooring. Here's a little bit of info on some of the best choices for trade show flooring.

-- Hardwood Tiles

Interlocking hardwood tiles made specifically for trade show use come in a wide range of types: maple, ash, beech, and oak stained in a wide spectrum from light to dark colors. The main advantage of hardwood tiles is that they are slightly elevated, allowing for easy management of electrical cords and other connections. You can also choose roll-up bamboo mats if you prefer.
