The first harmful effect of smoking is that it delays our action. Each time when we come up with something that should be done, our first response would be "after I finish this cigarette". Another harmful effect of smoking that can possibly destroy our lives is sleeplessness. We mentioned earlier that smoking can delay our action. It even delayed the time I went to bed every night. At the beginning, I smoked one cigarette before bedtime. The number increased to four later. This delay not only brought sleeplessness and bad dreams, but also impact my relationship with my wife. I even started to grind my teeth in sleep, which even destroyed her sleeping.
Delaying is the enemy of efficiency and improvement. Sleeplessness will not only destroy our health, but also ruin our lives. To get rid of them and get our normal life back, the foremost task is to give up smoking.
