Integrating Channeling and Meditation

Channeling is nothing more than stepping energy down to a lower level of understanding, such that, it can be used as a teaching experience. Everyone can channel, without exception; channeling is enhanced through meditation.

The way we all teach is based upon on own life experiences, what we think and what we believe. This is typically viewed from an egoist perspective as something that is hard to do or something that requires some special talent or savant nature. Well, the truth is we are all savants (learned person) in our own respect. We all are really good at something. That something is your true higher power and is a gift to share with the world through teaching.

Your true talents rest deeply buried within your self and only you can bring them into the light of the higher energy levels of teaching. On the inside we are all the same. We are all Spiritual Beings having a human experience. It's the outside labels and distractions of daily life situation that place a smoke screen over our true higher self. Part of the smoke screen or untruth is that we are different. Therefore, it is necessary for the ego to place labels on our outward appearance. These labels separate us from our true higher self and will be there until you decide to take back control of your life-situation. You can do this by practicing the act of meditation.

Meditation is something the ego wants you to think you can't do. The keyword here is "thing," because if you are thinking in the form based sense of the word, you are not vibrating at a high enough energy to connect with higher self directly. It is in the silence between the thoughts that meditation occurs. Meditation is nothing more that consciously connecting with higher self by eliminating the constant clutter of egoist thought. Once you mastered the natural state of meditation, the channeling capabilities increase in energy and you will have conversations at a higher level of awareness. This is where all the solutions are to every perceived challenge you have in daily life-situation reality.

One of the best ways to begin to meditation is by simply sitting in a quiet room without any attempt to do any-thing. The keyword here, again, is "thing," which includes thought (thoughts are form based – therefore a thing). One of the recurring questions people ask is, "How can you not think?" The answer is simply by Being. When you are Being all thought is gone. That means you are Being that which you are. The Spiritual higher self does not require thought. When you are sitting in this state of non-thought, simply Being, the messages received are beyond thought. This higher energy vibration is uncommon to the vast majority of the planet, because the mass consciousness understanding is too busy trying to figure every-thing out. During meditation there is no-thing to figure out because there is no-thought. It's amazing what bubbles up, once you learn to empty the mind.

When the body learns to relax and just be with the present moment, all stress and self limiting thought is gone, you are at peace. This is your natural state of Being; it is the peace and silence of conscious connection with Higher self or the greater energy vibration self, which is still you, but the you of the Universal One. You are not here to separate; you are here to connect at a higher level of understanding. You will vibrate at a higher energy each day you actively participate in meditation.

Your energy level was stepped down when you arrived on Earth, such that, you could blend into your physical body without burning up. When you meditate you increase this energy a little at a time and are in contact with other entities vibrating at the higher levels of reality. Meditation should be an essential part of your daily life, if not; it makes it difficult to actively channel your true gifts to the people around you for the benefit of all. You may not realize it now, but we all have a greater purpose for being here, one that is far greater than what is usually seen on the surface. Meditation will reconnect you with that greater purpose and allow you to teach that which is misunderstood by most of humanity.
