Ball Earthwood

We see everyday design, whether good or bad design. Whatever the style is reminiscent of a space, traditional or contemporary, there are certain elements that remain the same, these are the elements of design. These things may seem a bit trivial, but they surround us every day and can give clues why a space that speaks to you or not. Here they are:

1. Lines

Is it horizontal or vertical? Diagonal or straight? Bent, perhaps? Straight lines have been attributed to a more modern or contemporary, while the curved lines are associated with one more time. Think Queen Anne chairs covered and arched doorways. Too many straight lines are considered too hard or too cold, too, while curved lines are too flamboyant and over the top. Perhaps this is why a mixture always prove easy on the eyes.

2. Health

Forms lines are basically closed. A square, rectangle, circle. If surrounded by forms box as sofas and ottomans, then you can break monotony by using round coffee tables.

3. Forms

Forms are three-dimensional shapes, cubes, cylinders, a ball.

4. Space

Or better known as negative space is the area between the objects. If there is too much zone between objects is a minimalist design less space, more country cottage. However, certain principles are considered universal space, like dining chairs should be at least 4 feet from each other. I learned that my teacher the first day.

5. Color

Can anything else be more universal? Color affects our mood and how we feel every day when we think of color, we think it is "tone", its name, it is value, whether light or dark intensity, whether light or dark. soft colors are "in" nowadays. soft colors are dull colors.

6. Texture

The surface quality that has seen and feel. Do not you think it would be so boring if everything was good? Or if everything was rude? A look rich layers are never achieved without varying textures. The smooth hardwood floors, carpeted soft, suede sofa with pillows cotton and cashmere throw.
